Coronavirus (COVID-19) update
It’s really important that all our residents and employees 'keep safe and don't pass it on', so please keep checking the government’s latest advice on what you can do to keep yourself and others safe. We’ve also carried out a risk assessment to make sure that we comply with the government’s guidance on managing risk and being ‘Covid-19 Secure’
We know that some of you are worried about how you'll pay your rent if you have the virus or need to self-isolate. We want to reassure all our residents that no-one will lose their home as a result of this.
As the coronavirus impacts us all, we need to focus our support where customers need it most. This means we’ll be making changes to some of our customer services and reducing, where we need to, some services around housekeeping and maintenance. While we’re asking customers to only visit our receptions in person if it’s urgent, you can still contact us by phone or email and we’ll respond as soon as we can.
