Sovereign Housing Association is the housing association which manages the accommodation.

Keys are available from our office from 2pm and after 4.30pm at A&E reception at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital. If you need them earlier please contact the office on 01452 397640. Please note keys are due to be returned to us on the day of your departure by 10am and they must either be returned to A&E reception or our office in Gloucester.

The accommodation is conveniently all on site.

Unfortunately there’s no parking available as part of your booking. There are nearby roads where you will find street parking and the hospital has pay and display car parks.

There’s a hard-wired option or shared wifi in all our Gloucester accommodation. Charges for this are already included in the rent.

It depends on how long you’re staying with us.  If you’re staying up to 14 nights in single accommodation the charge is £34.00 per night. If you’re staying between 15 nights and one month, you’ll move onto the monthly rate but only pay for the days you stay.

Please note rent is due in advance of your stay and keys will only be made available once the rent has been paid.

All single accommodation is inclusive of council tax, water, electricity, gas (where applicable), laundry facilities, broadband and an internal hospital telephone

Advance rent payments can be made directly to our office by calling 01452 397640. Please have a debit or credit card available. If you extend your stay whilst with us then another rent payment will be due.

As long as we have clear evidence your agency are paying then we’ll invoice them and deal directly with them.

Our accommodation is fully furnished with bed linen. The kitchens are equipped with a fridge, cooker, microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery and basic cooking utensils. Any personal effects need to be brought with you.
