Key worker accommodation – how to pay

There’s a choice of ways to pay your rent and other charges.

Direct Debit

The easiest way to make a payment automatically from your bank or building society account. If you’d like to pay your rent by direct debit, please contact the Accommodation Office.


Online rent payment

If you’re already registered with MySovereign it’s easy to pay online with access your account anytime of the day or night. If you’d like to register for a MySovereign account, you can do this by visiting my.sovereign.org.uk you’ll need your tenancy reference number, if you’re unsure what this is, a member of the Accommodation team will be happy to help.


Debit or Credit Card

You can pay your rent over the phone by debit/credit card by calling the Accommodation Office during normal business hours. We accept:

  • Visa/Visa Electron
  • Maestro/Mastercard
  • Solo

 

Internet banking

If you have internet banking and would like to set up regular payment for your rent, please pay:

International bank transfer 

Transferring your rent directly into our bank account is easy to do, you’ll need the following details:

Bank: National Westminster

Reference: Please make sure you quote a reference, name and property address.


In person at a Bank

if you wish to pay in cash you can do so by making payment over the counter at your local branch, please pay,

You’ll be given a receipt for the payment, which you should always keep in a safe place.


Please note

From 1st September 2019 we’re unfortunately unable to take cash payments over £30 at our Accommodation Offices


Statement of Rent

We can send you a statement on request, showing all transactions.
